This is a well crafted glass piece. I bought a second one of a different bird, and it was equally pretty. I hope they create a cardinal to add to my glass aviary.

This wasn't to my liking becuase I purchased another that is small and rotund and I wanted them together, but this is taller and slimmer... and together it just looks more like a chicken than a little birdie (I wanted it to remember my beloved canary who just passed away.) Additionally, the tail is long and I'm afraid one careless move and it will get broken off. Also it came with a completely round glass ball... no clue what that's for... not a stand, nor an "egg". Maybe i missed something in the description but I don't need it and am returning it for one that's more similar to the yellow fleck one I purchased
