I love this cleanser! You can apply it dry or wet. I keep it in the shower and use it in combination with my face loofa. I have combination 60-something skin and it keeps my face smooth without leaving it feeling too dry. I even took it on a vacation to a hot climate and it travelled very well. Love all the Julep products I’ve tried!

I have been using this cleansing balm for a couple weeks. I bought it since we travel in an RV and I wanted something which will not spill and not have any exfoliating “sand” in it while still cleaning my face well and leaving it smooth and soft. This does those things so well. It’s easy to use, just get hands and face wet and smooth a tiny bit into face. I love the way my skin feels! I’m still waiting to see how long this stick lasts me as $14 is a lot to spend but feels like I’m Using a minimal amount each time. It cleans my skin well and It also has a nice light scent,

I love this wash. I have very sensitive skin that is prone to both dry patches and adult acne with most products. For the past several years I have been washing with Philip Thomas Roth Anti-Aging without issue, but I started having some flare-ups of both acne and dry patches lately. I don’t recall how I heard about this product, but I checked it out on amazon, and the reviews made it sound like something that might work for me. I bought it with a charcoal sponge and have been using them both for over a week now and my skin looks AMAZING. What’s more, it feels amazing. Not dry, not oily. This stuff is terrific. You must try it!

It is travel friendly (if you're flying, since it's not a liquid cleaner). Haven't noticed much of a "makeup remover" quality. Still had to wash with my usual cleaner, and my makeup wasn't waterproof.

I normally use just any soap on my face, and I don't like to use moisturizer on my face at all. Now getting older, my face is dry and needed something. I like other Julip make up products so decided to try this balm stick and I love it! goes on easily, and leaves my face feeling clean, smooth AND moisturized without having to apply anything more than the balm. This is perfect for what I wanted!

PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL!!!!The original face stick from Julep was the most amazing detoxifying face cleanser I have ever used. Absolutely incredible. I have no idea why they stopped producing it!The new formula is GARBAGE. It does not feel the same on the skin, it lathers terribly, and does not produce the same cleansing effects whatsoever.It’s also $18 for a ONE OUNCE PRODUCT. WTF. The old stick was 1.94 oz.So the new formula is garbage AND overpriced. Ridiculous! What a complete failure from Julep. I’m so disappointed with this brand.

I wasn't sure about the approach to this cleanser, but I'm sold. It exfoliates without any grit, it smells really good, and it leaves your skin feeling really soft. Meanwhile, the shape of it is perfect for travel, and the lid stays on really well.You can roll it directly onto your skin and massage it in with your hands. It doesn't lather a lot, but it does distribute around your face very easily. So far, it's lasting pretty long.I will keep this cleanser in my "rotation" and continue to use it mixed in with my other cleansers, throughout the week, each week.Post-script: I love Julep's eyeshadows. They are very subtle and easy to use. This cleanser is on the same par.
