Love the quality of the book and the designs are great its fun and i am happy that i purchased this

I enjoy engraving art I think it's a nice way to pass the time . This book has so many cute pictures. The only downside is I wish they were a little more complicated to do and not super easy. I like the ones with a lot of detail that takes time to do . But they have several different themes in this brand. I will probably get another one . But if the company could make a book with a little more detail and work . Especially for adults they like the ones that take more effort and detailing ,that would be great.

This is fun to do. Relaxes the mind. I highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I've done over 125 scratch art pictures to date, of many different styles and sizes. This book was a nice addition. Great value for the money - 20 scratch pictures, plus if I choose in the future, I can also use pens or markers to color in the coloring pages next to the scratch pictures.The boards are nice and thick, and they scratch pretty easily in most cases. Some pictures are quite detailed, others are a little simpler. Nice variety! The thickness of the boards prevent the next picture below from being scratched.The one thing I don't like is that many of the pictures go into the spiral binding, so you either leave those unscratched, or are trying to get the tool inbetween and under those spirals. I think they should have sized the pictures to fit on the page without going into the binding. Some pictures do end up getting rubbed or slightly messed up in the book, or at times, as I have looked over these books as I receive them, the pictures are slightly mussed on arrival. But not enough to bother me. Most little blemishes are barely noticeable unless you are up close and really looking for them.After starting to work on this book, I have bought several more from this brand. I am currently working on the animals one. I do mostly use a different tool than the one that came with it. I like the double sided tool that has a thin metal point on one end to do the scratching instead of the plastic tip on the tool that comes with these books. Some people may like the tool that came with. I have used it for some of the areas, but not too much.

The product came in with no issues. The underlying colors are vibrant and it scratches easily

These are really relaxing. I love scratching these. I just wish they were more colorful. Scratching off an entire page of just gold and then just silver is rather boring. You guys just need to add colorful foil underneath for EVERY page and then these would be PERFECT!

This whole line is great! I have acquired several of them and I'm never disappointed. The tools included are durable and effective.Still adding to my collection.

Got it as a gift and she loves it so much reminds me of when I was a kid they use to have small ones at the dollars store so so fun to do 🤣Comes with really nice quality pencil stratcher things 🤣Very fun

Ottimo passatempo.

this has some of the most detailed scratch art i've come across, which is great fun. It's a bit tricky at times, i need a bright light to make sure i am being neat, but this isn't a problem. I do a lot of crafts, so i have a light for this anyway.the covering is really sturdy, and the extra cardboard at the edges helps keep the scratch art pages safe and stops them getting damaged.I have mixed feeling about the ring binder. It's easy to turn pages, but they print the pattern behind or under it, so i feel like some of the pattern is lost to this, which is a bit of a shame. I've had other books where the pages were easy tear out, and i feel like perhaps this might be better.but overall i love this book. it's got gorgeous, detailed patterns that will keep you entertained for hours. But i wouldn't recommend for young children, as it is probably far too difficult and detailed for them. I'd say this is more a teen-adult level scratch art. however, this same brand do more scratch art books for different ages, so there is bound to be one that is suitable for younger kids.

I bought this after seeing someone working in one of these books on Tiktok, and I love it even more than I thought I would. I'm completely addicted- once I get started, it's hard to put down. I love the fine motor challenge of scratching the really intricate pages, and the act of scratching is incredibly satisfying. The pages are easy to scratch and don't require much pressure. Like colouring books, this is something you can do without putting too much thought into it, so I like to play some music and just zen out with this; it's a great way to wind down and relax.The only downside is the included stylus, which started out as being slightly too large for the finer lines, and then the tip (the top couple of millimeters) snapped off 2/3 of the way through the first page, and now it's much too large. I've bit the bullet and ordered a pack of proper metal scratchboard tools from Amazon, because although this is my first Scratch & Sketch Extreme book, I know it won't be my last.

The images are wonderfully illustrated, and have a nice level of detail that sits right between ‘this is relaxing and casual’ whilst still dipping into ‘this is detailed enough to keep my interest, give me a little challenge and engage my focus’ - but the real star of the show is the stylus! Much easier to use and gives better results than the typical stylus you get for scratch art.
