4gb Mp3/mp4/mp5 Player with 4.3 Inch Touch Screen - Black

We ordered two of these for my older children for Christmas, got them an one wouldn't even hold a charge or turn on. Called and got it replaced by Christmas Eve. Everything seemed fine and then husband loaded them and fully charged, wrapped and under the tree, they work for maybe 20min and then don't turn on or keep a charge. My daughter's start acting funny. All together we returned three of themAmazon did do wonderfully about getting them returned and refund promptly.

This item was good for recording but before I could use it good, it stopped working. I had to return it for a full refund and pay for shipping and handling which cost me extra because it did not work. This has been very disappointing to me and inconvenient.

I really like it but only one thing I didn't like. When you make something touchscreen make sure it works properly because I was having a difficult time touching the screen

I wanted something I could watch little videos and this is just wonderful!! Perfect!!! I would recommend this has wonderful picture and the sound is great. If you want to play music on it you can do that as well. :) Thumbs up!!!!!!!

Sadly, this electronic was a disappointment. It was purchased for my granddaughter for Xmas. She loved the look of it and the touch screen, however , it would consistently freeze up. We had to return it for a refund.

I only purchased this because i assumed it had internet access as the icon named browser is commonly used for that application. Sadly this was not the case it was only an access to internal information. I knew i wouldn't receive a refund for it so i gave it to my girlfriends daughter for her music and movies she enjoys it but complains the video is stretched.

The direction is hard to read. It runs okay. My friendhelped me put the music in. It plays okay.Sincerely,Sarah Smith

I had to do a trick to add my phonebook.The battery has limited time only two hours from a full charge.Is this normal?Otherwise it is really nice.
