Great item, it's not too heavy, very light actually. I received it today and placed it out on my patio, it already appears my cat has claimed it as her own. Sturdy enough to use as a table, footrest, or cat throne. It is well stitched and should hold up nicely to use. I've had some underwhelming experiences with furniture from Amazon, but I think this piece was worth every penny. I'm sure we'll be using it for many years to come.

I've been looking for a couple of years for the perfect pouf ottoman for my little reading chair. This one had popped up several times in the search and I loved the combination of natural jute braided with colorful fabric. As a quilter, the scrappy nature of this really caught my eye. What I wasn't in love with was the price, but all of these poufs seem pretty spendy to me, and this one is right in the average price range. It is lightweight yet solid and the stitching is well done. We'll see how it withstands grandkids pouncing on it and if it holds up down the road. I'm not concerned about having to mend it if the stitching ends up coming undone. Visually it's exactly what I wanted it to be and couldn't be happier at this point!

I bought these two poufs for my lanai. The boxes came, and since we live in a small place, we got rid of them and put the two poufs out next to our swivel rockers. I then noticed that there was something white on one of them. There was extra fabric that was caught in the stitches. I thought I could get it out, but if I did, I would remove the stitches and the braiding would come apart. I contacted the seller and he said he would replace one. But first I had to send it back and its original package. Well, I got rid of the package. I said can you send me a replacement pouf and then I will send you the damaged one in that box? He said no we follow strict Amazon return policy. You have to use the original box. Really? So he gave me a $15 credit. Big deal! So now I have to try to figure out how to get the extra fabric out and stitch up the place that will be disturbed. Disappointing customer service for sure!
