The Omigo Luxury Bidet Toilet Seat Ergonomic Quiet-close Heated Seat with Massaging Oscillation, Ion Nozzle Cleaning, Air Dryer, and Wireless Remote (Elongated)

I visited a friend and used her inexpensive garden variety bidet toilet seat. It was difficult to use with a soiled butt, the control panel being on the side of the seat. However, the cleansing job it did was nice but not exceptional. I liked the experience and decided if I could find a luxury seat with a remote control I was going to buy it. I then saw a TV advertisement for the Omigo bidet seat. I liked what I saw, it has every conceivable feature and operated with a hand held remote control while sitting on the seat, so I researched it further. It was twice the price of other bidet seats which did not have the features Omigo has. The remote control was most important to me plus three water temperatures, three drying temperatures, twin nozzles for front and rear cleaning, spray width and pressure adjustment, sanitizer and deodorizer plus very easy to install, it only took 45 minutes with household tools. I purchased it from Amazon because of Amazon’s liberal return policy, if for some reason I didn’t like it or was not happy with it’s performance. I’m not only happy but ecstatic with my Omigo bidet toilet seat. It not only throughly cleans and drys you the entire process feels great. The remote control is user friendly making it easy for guests to operate the seat. At $560 it is expensive compared to other bidet seats, but the quality construction, every conceivable feature, ease of installation and the manufacturer’s excellent warranty make it a great value for the price. In two weeks this seat has spoiled me. When I’m in a restaurant or other public venue I regret having to use toilet paper in the men’s room. This seat so throughly cleanses, I don’t feel clean after using toilet paper or adult wipes. If you’re considering a bidet seat, spend the extra money and buy the Omigo seat, you’ll not regret it. Sitting on the toilet is no longer merely a necessity, it is a pleasure filled experience and a pleasant break from the pressures and stressors of the day.

This is our second purchase of this model bidet. Installation was very easy. I had to install a new outlet for it but that was easy. I like all the features this model has. The remote is very handy.The bowl light is something i didn’t think i would like, and you can shut it off, but it turns out i love it. sometimes here we can creatures, frogs, snakes, ending up in the bowl. This light will make sure all is clear before you launch the pontoon.

Only negative is I got it for my sons house and he has a toddler with a stepladder type of potty seat and it doesn’t fit securely over top of this model.Easy to install and works beautifully!

Unit installed easy. Remote was self explanatory. Works as advertised. Only drawback is elongated version seems short on the opening. The incline at the back of the seat for the mechanicals pushes you forward. This make the front opening seem small, and tends to leave a gap at the back where spray water can get out. Still worth it.

I just moved from a house with a stand alone bidet and wanted to splurge a bit to get a nice bidet. I cannot position it correctly to get clean even though it gives lots of options (honestly maybe too many options). It’s very frustrating! Also, I don’t like the blue light.

If you are a larger person over say 220 lbs(esp male) the round version of this seat is very small. Lets just say not everything fits. Would be willing to try the elongated one down the road. Other than that I am liking this seat. Cleans very well and the remote is a great asset. Reason for 4 stars.

We purchased and installed this Omigo Bidet toilet and couldn't be happier!The toilet seat is high quality and we have used it for 3 months now with no complaints.Very easy to use and the remote control is straight forward.I would not hesitate to recommend (and have recommended) this bidet toilet seat to anyone interested.

Had the unit for 15 months and the IR sensors stopped working. Customer service gave a huge list of prices that I have to pay for them to diagnose the issue. Plus shipping is out of my pocket. They will warranty to replaced parts for a year, because they know they are trash and will require replacing again a few months after the warranty is over.
