I am in love with this eyeliner! I have searched the internet, YouTube, and stores for the perfect eyeliner for years. I have tried potted, brush tip, felt tip, and pencils. This Marcelle Double Precision eyeliner is the best that I have ever tried, hands down!The felt tip marker side is very short, firm, sharp, and precise. It is perfect to get into the very inside corner of my eyelid and I have hooded eyes. The brush tip is long, flexible, and soft. It is perfect for touching up the points of my wings.I have been using it a few times a week for about 3 months now and it has finally begun to dry out. By dried out, I would compare it to a brand new Elf felt tip eyeliner for reference. I store it sideways as to ensure both ends have equal product in the tips.The formula is wet enough that it does not dry out between lining and winging both eyes. It is dry enough that it does not take long to dry on the eyes once applied and does not transfer onto my hood. It is not waterproof, but I do find that it lasts almost all day on my eyes. I have watery eyes and besides slight smudges when gently tapping the edges of my eyes to remove tears, it never moves. The finish is not quite matte, but also not shiny. It is the perfect combination of the two.Highly recommend. Will never buy another eyeliner so long as they continue making this. It is my favourite product.

I have tried about a dozen liquid liners over the years but this one is my favorite by far. The felt tip makes for easy coverage of larger areas like batwing liner for my hooded eyes, or decorative line work for cosplay makeups. It stays long wear without feeling stiff or cracking. Its water resistant but fades a bit if you rub at it dry. Just spot touch up if so. And itll stay comfortable!

The black is very faint and very undelivering for Marcelle product. Barely / doesn’t work or produce ink at all on upper lid from either side of eyeliner. Disappointed and do not recommend.

I don't get any allergic reaction from this eyeliner. The tip is medium thickness though so it takes a steady hand. Still, its a good liner.
