Not for large feet
My bf wears size 13 shoes and the straps barely wrap around his foot and undo themselves if he pulls too hard. Works fine for smaller foot sizes.

They Do The Trick
Originally had clip-pedals which I found too restrictive and at times dangerous for my cycling. Purchased some open toe 'baskets' which could work, however these particular ones seemed too far forward with no option to adjust, with the bottom line being no actual benefit of power on the 'up-pedaling' stroke.Saw these and thought they were inexpensive enough to give them a try. Went out yesterday for 21 miles and immediately noticed a difference in pedaling efficiency and power transfer. They are not difficult to get in and out of....very safe that way. Biggest complaint? I'm a pretty handy guy and didn't have any trouble installing these things....kinda straight-forward, intuitive, however there were no written instructions. There are ways to to incorrectly install and there is actually a disclaimer about 'improper installation could be hazardous', yet no written instructions! Otherwise...don't know about their durability, however at this point these will work well for me.

Look elsewhere if you want red
I'm sure the straps work fine and they looked like a quality make through the packaging, but the 'red' ones are definitely pink. I returned the first pair thinking it was a mistake but the next were exactly the same. Leaving the review at 1 star until the description is updated to help others avoid wasting their time with returns

Didn't work for me.
I uber eats on a bike. Tried to use these, see if I get any benefit. As you would expect these arent great for constant on off use. Have to make it loose enough to get out easy for city riding... but with them looser I didn't see any noticeable benefit... also weight will tilt downward making it annoying to get on every time. Never work clips... would like to try forsure, but as is I'll be sticking to regular peddles.
