Absolute game changer
These lights are a massive improvement over the old halogen reflector beam lights. These lights have a real nice cut off line due to the projector beam emitter to help prevent blinding other drivers while still maintaining a vary nice field of view on the low beam pattern. When you switch to the high beams that's where it just gets better. You get a real nice hot spot up close and out to the sides while also throwing light far down range. On low beam you get about 250 to 300 meters of throw but on high beam you get an astonishing 800 to 1000 meters (1/2 mile or greater) which comes in really handy when traveling back county roads. Installation requires a little wiring work but it's basically just plug around till you get it to work the way you want. A test light will help you out quite a bit as various vehicles have different wiring patterns. The one thing I needed to do on this truck was run an extension lead from the low beam lead to the high beam side as These lights require a low beam feed for high beam. I have attached some images of both low and high beam at night and looking at the photos my camera does no justice for these lights. Over all I'm super satisfied with this product and can't recommend them enough. Don't forget to readjust your lights after install as these carry a different pattern compared to the old halogens.

Looks great on my Grand National
I like em. The low beam doesn’t have a high beam like factory. Real bright and pretty

A little tricky at parts, but worth it
Got these headlights for my ‘89 Town Car because I was tired of replacing the sealed beam headlights every six months.I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from the brightness of these, but the night after I installed them, I was very much surprised. It was like night and day (pun intended)The high beam headlights were a little thicker than the stock sealed beam headlights, so I had to use some longer bolts to secure the bezel to hold the bulb in, which wasn’t unexpected. The low beam headlights were the problem. Not sure if the units are supposed to be “plug and play” or not, or if my car being 33 years old had to have the harness worked on before, but I had to desire my harness to be able to fit properly. The little adapter pieces definitely came in handy though. These headlights make driving this 4,000lb land yacht at night that much safer for me. Would definitely buy again.

Double check your car's wiring
The headlight connections on my 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis match up with the LED heads perfect for the most part, but we're not working properly. I checked the car's connection with a multi meter and found that my High beam and ground connections were not located in the same positions as the LED lights. The adapters the kit comes with made it easy to swap the connections and fixed the problem. ( just make sure to E-tape the connections so they don't fall or short out when driving)If your new lights are not working check your car's connections! My lights are now twice the brightness as the original. Great product Thanks.

Had to trouble shoot , but figured it out.
The media could not be loaded. 1985 crown Vic, had some plugging in issues, but through trial and error got it figured out, prepare for the high beams not to fit back in the bezel, had to find a longer screw to fit it back into place. Other than that they look great and are WAY brighter than the stock headlights... Very happy so far.

Awesome beams
Used in 1987 grand national. in stall was pretty easy. used supplied pigtails to splice I to my old crusty wiring. one lamps provides a nice modern cutoff and the other is more flod to fill out the bottom of your beam. together they look awesome.

Too big - doesn't fit
Not "easy to install" because they simply don't fit in place of a 4703. The bulbs are more than 6.25 inches wide and won't fit the 4x6 front mounting brackets. Also the curved back of the bulbs is much bigger than the 4701 or 4703 incandescent bulbs, and won't fit the rear mounts which aim the bulbs. I would have had to cut the front bezels in order to mount these, and I'm not about to cut up my car for a non-fitting bulb.
