I was hesitant to purchase/install a new faucet but so glad I did. I had an old and cracked single pull down faucet of another brand so the exchange of faucets seemed doable.My experience level with home projects is very simple and I was a little intimidated by the thought replacing the faucet myself. For this project I used a simple wrench, a flashlight, and a screwdriver. Honestly, getting the old faucet out was the biggest challenge - but once it was out, the downloadable instructions from Moen were simple and going step by step was successful. The faucet looks great and works well (smooth). The operation is smooth, no leaks, good water pressure and the pull down sprayer is nice.

I bought this to replace a very expensive kitchen fixture that basically didn't have a lot of water pressure. I found this fixture and was drawn to the Power Boost feature. It arrived in perfect condition, and it was easy to install. This fixture is lovely to look at and it has incredible water pressure!! The Power Boost feature is also great. I couldn't be happier, and I also love the Spot Resist. This is a great fixture at a reasonable price!! I would purchase it again and am a Moen customer for life now!!

I had this new faucet installed by a handyman a couple of days ago and so far I love it! I am somewhat handy but honestly, when I opened the box and saw all the parts, I immediately said NOPE and called the handyman. It wasn't worth it to me to risk getting in over my head and turning this job into a potential Lucy gets herself into a pickle again episode.I have never had a faucet with an on/off sensor before and I must say I'm really enjoying it. When I bought this I figured if it turned out that the sensor was finicky and frustrating I would just use the handle and ignore the sensor but thus far I am very much into the sensor and hardly ever opting for the handle (except out of habit). The sensor is extremely sensitive so you don't have to worry about having to wave your hands around like a crazy person trying to make it turn on or off. Just put your hand in front of it on the left side and water is immediately on or off. There's no waving or hunting for the right spot at all.I can see the plastic box mounted on the wall under the sink that contains the AA batteries (I can't recall how many) so it won't be difficult to change them when the time comes. It'll be interesting to see how long they last. Hopefully it won't be too frequent.Aesthetically, I think it looks great. It has a clean, simple, transitional design, not overtly modern or overtly country farm house but it really could work in either.I appreciate the higher placement of the handle, not so low like my older one that got very close to the counter and was hard to wipe clean and dry underneath. I also like the long hose of the pull down sprayer. It is longer than my old faucet which allows me to more easily cover the whole sink.Overall I am very pleased with my new faucet and I like that Moen provides a lifetime warranty, just in case.

We originally went to Lowes to buy a Moen Georgene since they only sell the Riley online. I should have stuck with my gut instinct. The other faucet was wobbly and feels cheap right out of the box. We returned it and ordered the Riley on Amazon during the prime sale for a great deal. The Riley is heavy and has a metal connecting piece to the nozzle (still plastic). The neck is not wobbly and the faucet just feels sturdier/heavier. The touchless sensor works great especially for me since I bake and cook a lot and need to use it. My husband did install on it on his own. Took about an hour or so. We did buy a separate power adapter and will use that once the battery dies. Cannot review on the longevity of it yet, since we've had it for only 2 weeks, but we are very pleased with the product.

I gave this four instead of five ⭐️ only because of the struggle to install. Once we accomplished that, it is a modern looking and well functioning faucet. It was worth paying a bit extra for a respected name brand. If you’re looking at this one, highly recommend.

This is simply the best faucet I have ever owned. High quality to say the very least. Easy to install.Would recommend to anyone. Note - mine didn’t come with a deck plate, but I didn’t need one.

the head of this faucet is wrapped in stainless steel like plastic wrap, which easily gets damaged/chipped. disappointing product for such expensive price.

Great looking kitchen faucet. Works well, high pressure. I got a great deal on this and was impressed with it that a purchased a 2nd one.

The media could not be loaded. I install a lot of Moen products, as I am a certified journeyman plumber, but I have to say that I am very disappointed with this product. It arrived with a damaged box, which I am not necessarily blaming on the manufacturer or the seller, but it should have been an indication of the problems I was going to encounter. Everything was intact and the installation was typical for Moen products. But immediately after installing, I noticed that there was a leak from the cartridge/handle area. No problem right? Maybe just needed to be snugged up. Nope. Pulled out the cartridge, inspected it, greased it up with some cartridge grease and put it back together. Still no luck. So after messing with it for about an hour… I finally just replaced the cartridge. No issues now, but really irritating that a “new” Moen product had a defective cartridge. Now should I waste my time contacting the seller, sending it back, etc? No, I’m sure this review will provide all the satisfaction I need. Maybe pick a different model if you’re looking for a faucet. It looks good, but I doubt I’m the only one who has had an issue.
