There are many choices of glucosamine to choose from and I chose this one, mainly because it’s in capsule form and also contains both turmeric and black pepper. I have used several similar products over the years and this one is my favorite. It especially helps with the pain and discomfort in my old arthritic knees!

Just know I never write reviews!!!! With that being said I can’t go without writing something about this product. It works! I had what I wasn’t totally sure inflammation or fluid on my knee. I was 3 plus weeks with this problem. Not able to do daily things I typically do walk 3 miles, yoga, just daily chores. I finally went to ortho two days ago just to make sure there wasn’t anything bad going on with the knee. I had taken this product two days before going to orthopedic. They said it was just inflammation. They prescribed a steroid. Got it filled yesterday and I’m debating taking the steroids because these joint pills seem to be doing the trick. The inflammation is not totally gone but what an amazing difference already. Try these if you have inflammation! They have helped me immensely! No stomach issues! I usually eat a little something before taking.

It takes at least one week for the vitamin to kick in. The pain is less.

I have taken a couple versions of this combination for years including this one. This is a quality product. The size makes it easy to swallow. Better than most. I am 75 and have almost no joint pain. When I stop taking it I have knee and hip pain. My doc did scans and I have wear in the places I feel the pain if I do not take it. I started using this combo fifteen years ago. The ingredients work and it is a good value. .

This is a supplement that most definitely helps stiff joints. I saw immediate relief. Two a day in the morning and the pain I used to have in my fingers at night is completely gone. It is also very economical and no side effects. I’m very pleased.

I love it. I was looking for a vegan product since I cannot eat animal protein. It helps reduce the inflammation. If you don't like pills, you can also open them easily and dilute the powder in juice, which what I do.

Yes. They work. I did not experience "overnight results" like some reviews have....claimed.But here's the background- I was suffering extreme shoulder pain. Both. On the very outside. I went to a VERY talented chiropractor who was helping me and he suggested my tendons/tendonitisI did a bit of research, these were the ones Amazon recommended.My shoulder pain is minimal now, I am back to being able to do shoulder presses in the gym with real weight when I could not even raise my arms above my head without extreme discomfort before. The other day when I was playing darts, and I'm horrible btw, I noticed I was bending over at the waist to pick my darts up off the floor and not kneeling. No back pain. Where I'm headed with that is I stopped and realized I was experiencing much much reduced joint pain throughout my entire body.100% recommend, I have been taking the minimum dose for 30 days now. I have not experienced any stomach discomfort or digestive issues.
