Workbook for Keep Sharp by Sanjay Gupta: Build a Better Brain at Any Age

This is not by Sanjay Gupta and is not a workbook. It may be OK if you want a simple summary but it doesn't augment the book nor summarize it well based on my quick review. I will return and just focus on reading the actual book.

I thought this would complement Sanjay’s book but it’s more like a Cliff Notes book. Nothing wrong with that but it’s not enriching the original book, in my opinion. I don’t see the point of it if you’re reading the actual original.

This book goes hand and glove with Dr. Gupta's new book. Actually filled in some of the blanks I had. I recommend the purchase.

Just a review of the book that I didn’t find helpful or motivating

This book teaches you things you should be doing to keep the brain healthy like, diet and exercise. What foods are best for the brain like berries, even talks about games you can play to keep the brain sharp..I recommend this book for all ages.

Well written review of Sanjay Gupta’s Keep Sharp. Detailed and easy to read it focuses on the key points of the original book without leaving anything out. Strongly recommend this book!

This is definitely a must have! Today we are all obsessed with making sure we are doing well for the body and being cautious on what we consume. Even building home gyms and gearing up for gyms. However we neglect the brain!

This is someone's really bad interpretation of Dr. Gupta's book. Don't let the word "Genius" on the cover fool you - it's either written by high school student or someone who's first language is not English. The syntax is so poor that I have to keep re-reading sections to get the gist. And it's so annoying to read sentences starting with: "he says", "he recounts", he explains", he acknowledges"... over and over again. I'm only several pages into this workbook but I give up. It's going into the recycling bin. You have been warned.
