Easy to put together.
This was so very helpful after my husband had a bad fall and could not stand in the shower. So very grateful to have this chair to rely on for help. So very grateful. I am in my late 80's and it was so easy for me to put together.

Game changer
This chair is wonderful. It is a higher chair, which makes it easier for my mom to get up off of it. It doesn't slide around. It has made a huge improvement to our lives, as she is able to shower alone now, which does wonders for her self esteem.

easy to assemble and good quality
I bought is for my parents, they were happy with it. Overall very sturdy built, good quality and light weight too, easy to assemble. My parents liked is so much that they took it back to India on their return last month. Thanks

Chair works fine, but...
I wish the instructions STARTED with the warning not to use the particular screws in the center holes where they'll damage / go through the seat for people like me who (admittedly) assume what to do and start putting things together without reading every word first. True, it was my fault for not reading all instructions first. But let's also acknowledge the reality that 80% of the time, the instructions merely state the obvious so we do tend to presume to know what we're doing. The instructions should warn customer at the beginning about the wrong screws ruining the seat. Other than that, the chair is perfect.

Sturdy
I came out of rehabilitation after being in the hospital a month and then the rehab facility for another month. I would not have been able to shower without the aid of this chair. It's very sturdy and felt safe using it. Only disappointing thing was the shower head did not fit in the notch in the chair.

Adjustable and sturdy showers chair
This shower chair is replacing the same style and brand chair that we had for 16 years. We could not find replacement tips for the legs, so we had to replace the chair. Good value, and obviously durable since the previous one served us for 16 years. Perfect size and style for my elderly mom.

Weight limit inaccurate on Amazon description
I am about to assemble the shower chair for me to use after being hospitalized. I ordered this chair specifically because it said it had a 350 pound limit but the box clearly shows only a 300 pound capacity. This makes me nervous as I am right near that weight limit. Please correct your descriptions to accurately reflect the chair’s capabilities for future purchasers. I hope it doesn’t collapse under use as I cannot return this and order another brand of chair. I already received this item late. After completing construction I can share the parts are NOT labeled with numbers as the instructions allude. I had to make educated guesses as to how it was supposed to fit together. All in all I am not overly impressed with the chair. It looks like it’s fine and should hold but with the discrepancies in weight limit, poor directions/labeling of parts I am a bit concerned the chair will fail. Purchase at your own risk.

Lip on the seat is uncomfortable
I don't like the lip on the back of the seat. I'm a skinny person with a small behind but it's still uncomfortable. I like how it doesn't have deep pockets on the underside and back of the seatback that would collect mold.
