I was skeptical at first. I’ve tried other products and nothing was very effective.I am 31 years old and have had really bad cramps forever to the point I have wondered if I have had something wrong with me. The cramps typically lasted a day and varied in severity, also my face would break out every time it was “that time of the month”. I bought this product not really expecting that much. It’s been 3 months I have been using it and the cramping pain has been alleviated immensely. What was an all day affair of pain and uncomfortable cramping has become maybe an hour. The break outs on my face have improved too as a bonus. My period was always a dreaded thing, wondering if it would be a really bad one, I was shocked at how well these worked for me just in the first month.I did get other weird side effects though, that I never had with my period. Hot flashes, I started feeling a bit of night sweats that I never got before, but I would trade the crippling pain for night sweats any day.The only thing I don’t like about this product is it has corn syrup in it, I feel like they could forego that.

I bought this to help with pms symptoms and to try to help regulate my periods. I took it the morning after it came in and spent the day out on the water. That evening I had the worst migraine I’ve ever had in my life. It felt like my head was going to explode through my skull. I thought maybe it was the sun and I didn’t drink enough water that day, but I took this vitamin two days later and the same exact thing happened. I also got sick to my stomach, but that might have been because I was in so much pain. This stuff has great reviews so maybe it’s just my body not reacting well to it, but I just figured I’d share my experience. My bottle will be going in the trash!!

I'm always put off by supplements because of the taste but these were actually really good. On top of that, I almost immediately noticed that the bloating I normally get a week before my time of the month, wasn't as bad while taking these. I also usually cramp really bad prior and it hasn't been that bad with these. Usually regular pain meds don't even help me because I've always struggled with extremely painful periods but these have been great.

The flavor of these gummies are great, not chalky like other chewable vitamins. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. Since I began taking these about 3 weeks ago have noticed my acne clearing up. For the price i think it’s a great product. I did get my period while taking these and didnt notice my cramps being any less severe. I am hoping now that I’ve been taking them longer, my next cycle my cramps will be better. Once I have my next cycle I’m hoping i can change my review from a 4 to a 5.

So I heard about these gummies on instagram and as someone who gets terrible PMS, I was willing to try anything. I started taking them at the beginning of my cycle and typically I’ll start getting symptoms about 5 days before my period starts. I didn’t feel half as bloated as I normally do before and during and my cramps were not nearly as bad as they usually are! I also think they may have helped my irritability but I’ll keep taking to make sure! They’re great and it’s definitely worth trying.

The flavor was good… but unfortunately I broke out in hives after trying them. I wasn’t sure if I was having a reaction to the vitamins. So a few days later I tried it again and sure enough I broke out in hives again. Im really bummed because I have been searching for something to help my cystic hormonal acne for years. I was hoping this product could help. And I’m not sure which ingredient I am allergic too.

Im trying the gummies for a couple of days. Seems to be working well.

These are NOT gummies! I don’t know what you would call this consistency but it is nothing like a typical gummy. The texture is so terrible along with the taste. I could probably get past that part if they actually worked but they don’t. I had the worse stomach cramps after taking them, then I ever did before. Never again. Total waste of money. I threw the bottle away after 4 days.
