Same size as the opening of a small upright tissue box.

Q: Do magnets stick to it?

No, since it is stianless steel.

Q: What is the weight? Heavy enough to hold down the kleenex box when full?

It fits over the box, and when the Kleenex is started , ready for pop up, it works great. I bought one for my kitchen, then 2 more....1 for each bathroom. It looks nice and works great.

Q: Where do I find the tissue replacements? I do not want to put a box inside a box. Trying to save on waste.

This is design to be a box over an ugly box you buy in the store. If you don't want to put a box inside to hold the tissues and want them loose, then I would suggest going to a restaurant supply store and see if they have something that works.
