Great stuff works for protecting body from wayward doors!

I placed it on 2024 CRV in hopes of preventing a few dents here and there. Since I have no template or even an example of how it would look on a CRV, I ended up buying an inexpensive laser to assist with the installation (on sale 35) . This made the installation insanely easy as I could visualize the line prior to installation and then follow it during the application in order to get a perfectly straight flow from door to door. I did not use the auto-level feature of the laser, but instead just eyeballed it to my satisfaction manually before applying. I didn’t have decent scissors for this job but I do have a nice specialty saw blade at hand that I used previously on some cellular shades. This blade helped to make perfect 90 degree cuts which I doubted any scissors could do anyway. I am very satisfied with how it turned out. Hopefully it will stay on and also hold up under the sun as far as resisting UV fading. I used the weather stripping on the top of my SUV after I removed the factory roof rack for a cleaner look and this stuff did the job perfectly! Easy to cut and the adhesive tape on the bottom of it is very strong. It's thick but not hard to cut using sharp scissors. Very impressed.

Could have bought the cheap imported stuff but thought this was more substantial. Correct. It isn’t covered it is a solid piece of material so it won’t delaminate like the factory trim. Take their advice and warm it up with a heat gun. The hardest part of the process was removing the factory adhesive from the door molding so the new trim would stick.

Good product, stuck well to car. But I felt the old scratched up tired packaging was from an old return. The product also felt rather stiff and aged compared to two other trims I purchased at the same time from two different companies. hmmmmmmm.

I got this to protect my truck from people who lives to slam their door when they park next to mine. It works great. Easy to install. Open the doors and messure before you cut. Some cars doors will over lap during opening it. So you have to cut more than you think.

Was looking for a molding trim with the exact width and color of this product. Length was nearly exactly what I needed. Priced well for a quality product I hope it will be. So far, very pleased with the purchase.
