This stuff works great!
I used this to tape my wife's ankle per her Physical Therapist's direction. It lasts for 3 to 4 days between tapings; even through showers. It doesn't leave much residue after removal. And my wife's ankle felt great and eventually healed (slight Achilles tear).

Pros and Cons
Pros: It is durable, waterproof, easy to use, good for support, good price, stays on.Cons: Stays on a little too well, in other words hurts really bad to pull off and actually pulled some skin off my belly. (I'm pregnant so my doctor recommended this for support, because the belly bands are really uncomfortable).

Skin is gone!
I bought this tape to use as boob tape. It works all day without having the ends roll-up like original boob tape. When it was time to remove, it was really stuck to my skin! I soaked with baby oil like suggested and still had issues with it coming off. When it finally did decide to come off it took some of my skin with it in areas. I didn't realize that the breast skin was so thin until then....lol. I would buy this again due to the hold, but would have to try something else when removing so that it doesn't take half of my breast with it.

Not Stretchable Sport Tape
Bought this to tape knee injury, thought it was going to be "sport tape" stretchable materials that pulls to 50 or 100% when taping but this tape didn't have a little give to it, was more like medical waterproof tape material than sport elastic tape. Still it worked for the intended purpose. Good price fast shipping.

Just what the Dr. ordered
My physical therapist suggested that I purchase a roll of kinesiology tape to use on my own, rather than paying for it through his office. I was a little hesitant after I read some of the reviews about this tape not adhering well. My PT put the first strip on for me, telling me to make sure I cleaned the area well and then used rubbing alcohol to remove all traces of oil. Well, that strip lasted about an hour. So I took it off, cleaned my knee well again with rubbing alcohol and this piece stayed on my knee for three days. Since then I have never had any problems with adhesion. It manages the pain well in my knee and comes off easily in the shower. I'm glad that I didn't quit trying after the first strip came loose.

Kinesiology tape is awesome
This tape is awesome. My knee was bothering me, so I went to physical therapy. They taped me up with this stuff. I thought it was a little over priced at first, but it is well worth it. It flexes with your movements. It is pretty much waterproof. If you put too much of a curve in it the edges can start to roll. You get better at taping with time, so it doesn't happen as much. It can easily last 4 or 5 days at a time, even with taking showers every day. It can start to itch a little after a couple of days & it is a little uncomfortable on your leg hair when you pull it off. I will definitely be buying more.

Love having a roll!
I love that this is a roll instead of pre cut strips.I use this to help hold the weight of my pregnant belly. Very stretchy. I haven't had any trouble with edges peeling up and I usually wear it for the week and let my skin rest for the weekend just because. I haven't quite figured out the trick to getting all the adhesive off of my skin though. Taking it off in the shower helps some with the discomfort of it, but I'm always left with some residue.Feels slightly itchy for the first day of wear but after my first shower with it on I can hardly feel it.

Better options out there
This tape is horrible, the adhesive doesn't stay like other kinesio tapes I've used and when the tape comes off it leaves a lot of residue on my feet. I get blisters on the bottom of my feet from walking and will typically tape the balls of my feet before going on a six or seven-mile walk/hike. I normally use Kinesio Tex Classic tape and buy the bright odd colors for cheap since I don't care what color is on the bottom of my feet. They were sold out and nothing was cheap with them when I purchased this time. The price was great but that's all I can say about this product. I guess a couple of dollars really makes a big difference in quality.I usually use Kinesio Tex Classic tape, and I could tape my feet and get two to three days without an issue even showering with it on. The current tape barely makes it through a walk and I've had times where I feel an edge come loose and I can feel it start to bunch under my feet during a walk. When I get done walking for the day the tape is always loose and peels right off my feet leaving a residue that I have to grab rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs to clean off.I'll never order this tape again, luckily it was cheap so I'm not out a lot of money.
