A secondary phone for rare use. it does not hold a charge for more than 2 days. We dont know if battery or phone issue. Is this normal for the battery?

The battery could not be used through no fault of the seller or the product. The battery worked great. The phone had another problem. Nevertheless, this seller gives a full refund for returned object without rigamarole. I suppose the seller had to "donate" the cost of shipping. You can't ask for more.
