I believe it will as only the passenger foot pegs change the angles that they sit at when left in the upright position and I purchased these which fit perfect on my 2008 Road King and have changed them out on many Harley’s I have owned in the past and if you email the company direct they can assure you that they will fit. All Harley foot pegs are standard and can be interchanged but remember to watch how you remove your old ones as there’s a tensioning clip that acts like a washer that you have to slip in between on one side and I had to file down the foot pegs and repaint it in order to get the tensioning washer to fit and that washer holds it up vertically when not in use otherwise they will fall to the horizontal position when riding. It also fits the passenger ones and if you purchase the bamboo grips they are the perfect match to the foot pegs. Also I used a file to get the points off the tips because the points are sharp. Also make sure you unthread the pointed tips and install lock tight on them and reinstall them l

The short answer is I don't know. A little longer answer is that they both mount the same way, in a female peg mount, so the question is are the peg mounts on a Harley and a Kawasaki the same size. One is SAE and the other is metric so no they can't be exactly the same. On both the Harley and the Kawasaki the female mount is wider than the male mount on the peg. They have a spring washer that holds them tight. Knowing that, and considering the price, I would say that it's worth the risk. If the male mount is to big flatten the washer a little with a hammer. If it still won't fit, a couple swipes on a belt sander to each side of the male mount of the peg should do the trick. I doubt that this would be the case but if the male mount on the peg is to small making the foot peg move around to easily, add a second spring washer so that you have a washer on each side of the male mount.

Cool looking but one came apart already.

TOTAL JUNK! STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY!

I've never seen such cheap pot metal used in something as safety related as footpegs. Luckily for me they broke while the bike was on the kickstand, and I wasn't maimed or killed.

These were crap, 1st pair came with chipped paint

These were crap, 1st pair came with chipped paint. 2nd & 3rd pairs kept breaking where the female slides in and the base of the spike meet so my foot kept slipping off cause the peg would roll. Returned for refund. Major waste of time & effort.

Looks great for the price

Looks great for the price. Little thinner than stock so needs a shim added and make sure you are aware the cone unscrews so you can add locktite if you use it on a Harley.
