It took me a little while to figure out the best way to install the product, but I did and now it looks great and keeps perfect time.TIPS:1) Tape the template cardboard against the wall.2) Use a pencil to lightly mark where numbers and tick marks go.3) Use a laser leveler to ensure numbers are positioned on a straight line.4) When putting the clock hands on the centerpiece, install the longer minute hand first and be sure to press it down firmly until it won't move. If you don't press it down firmly, it will hang loosely and will not function properly.5) Be sure the minute and hour hands are not touching each other after they're both attached to the centerpiece. If they are touching, they will not operate properly.6) It is easiest to set the proper time at 12:00. For best results, wait until 12:00 when the minute and hour hands should be aligned and set the time accordingly. Keep in mind the gearbox on the back of the centerpiece rotates. Line the hands up, then rotate the centerpiece so that they will be positioned on the 12 when you hang the centerpiece on the wall. If you attempt to set the time at another point other than 12:00, it is easy to get the minute hand correct but more difficult to get the hour hand in the right spot. If you make that mistake, it is easily corrected by resetting the time next time it's 12:00 so you can align it correctly.Overall I'm pleased with this product. It's a cheap yet functional and attractive addition to my home.

I bought this for a friend for her hair salon. It is super fun and a great conversation starter. Great item for the pricce!

The numbers fall off every 24-48 hr with proper installation. The clock doesn’t function properly. I have to adjust time by 10-15 min everyday. To end on a good note, Easy installation and it looks nice.

The glue doesn't last. They keep falling off, one by one and periodically i need to re-glue numbers back on the wall.They look nice, just like pictures, and I really like the size.

I HAD ONE OF THESE (DIFFERENT BRAND) THE NUMBERS WERE MADE OF FOAM, (CHEAP) MY CATS LOVED TO TEAR THE NUMBERS OFF THE WALL. (DAMN CATS! SO I BOUGHT THIS ONE, NICE SHINY RED NUMBERS AND POINTER THINGIES, LOOKS GREAT ON THE WALL, THE KIT COMES WITH A PAPER RULER, SO YOU CAN MAKE IT AS BIG AS YOU LIKE, EASY TO PUT UP, THE LETTER NUMBERS ETC, ARE IN TWO PARTS, STICK THEM ON THE WALL, WHEN YOUR HAPPY WITH IT, YOU STICK ON THE RED CHROME STICKY THINGS ON THE TOP. LOOKS GREAT, EVERYONE ONE THAT SEES IT WANTS ONE.

Love the concept but a bit too fragile. Waiting for the improved version.
