PS2 Controller Wired, Replacement for Sony Playstation 2 Controller, with Dual Vibration (Black)

This controller is close, almost perfect compared to Sony's. There are a pair of differences straight out of the box. There's a different texture to the controller, not a bad thing. The only real disappointment is the length of the cord. It may not be noticeable to most, but for the players that enjoy playing at the full length of their Sony controller's reach, this one comes up short. I had to move my PS2 a good 6 inches to get comfortable. Not a deal breaker, it's still a solid and praise-worthy replacement and the cost was perfect. I'd definitely buy again. I have not tried the shock function yet.

Over all, this product has been very good so far. I do not know enough terminology to discuss the finer points of the controller, but so far I feel the controller was worth they money. The biggest complaint I have is that the controller makes it difficult to run faster cars on racing games such as Grand Turismo 4. What happens sometimes I will move a stick to the right or left and the car won't turn. And then not long after, the car will jurk in that direction when I no longer need to turn. This isn't the case with all cars though. So my advice would be for players of these games to identify which cars work best with the controller and which ones do not. I reccommend driving slower cars. This will allow the player to use the controller effectively and get their money's worth.

I’ve had a lot of different Sony controllers over the years, as well as some bully off brand ones. The bulky off brand ones still work but I like the smaller versions Sony has. However the Sony ones that I used now have all some fault one way or another from use and abuse. Anyways got these $10 off-brand controllers and work amazing. All the buttons work just fine, the analogs work well, I’ve used these on racing games as well and everything works just fine. The analogs are a different material from Sony’s stock and the same as the bulky off brand ones which is good because that means the grip on them will last, and won’t get grimy like Sony’s often do after time. I’d definitely recommend buying these if you want some controllers for PS2. The only downfall is the cord isn’t as long but I usually sit close to the tv so it doesn’t affect me.

Playstation 2 was meant to be used with wired controllers like these. I haven't experienced any issues at all with this product. You know if the games I want to relive were available on my ps4 through ps now then I wouldn't have to plug my ps2 back in. But controllers break down and need to be replaced. This product works.

Prepare to buy one of these at least once a month. In the beginning you have a lot of control. About a month later the L3 button becomes too sensitive and hard to control. It's better than paying $700.00 for a new system. So buy the cheapest one you can get. They are all the same to me.

I think they sent me a Used controller. Controller came with marks and stains on it

Feels just like the old ps2 controllers. Works great.
