I used the link pin remover and the watch case holder which both worked well and are pretty good quality tools. The whole kit is surprisingly well made even though I only used 3-4 of the tools. The watch back pry opener was too big so I had to improvise with a Stanley knife to remove the back of my watch. I used the tweezers to remove the battery. Unfortunately none of the pins fitted my watch so I reused the ones already in my watch strap.I managed to remove the links to my strap and make it smaller to fit my wrist. Also replaced the battery successfully. This was the reason for my purchase so I’m very happy with it!The kit doesn’t contain a tool to replace the back of the watch but apparently these are too big and wouldn’t fit in the kit and you can improvise with household objects. I found a YouTube video and used a mini spirit level to push the snap back case onto my watch.This is a good piece of kit and is cheaper than going to the jewellers!!Would buy again even though I didn’t need most of the tools. The little screw driver fittings can be used to unscrew mobile phones and probably other things.

Hubby is really impressed with the quality of everything in the kit. Sturdy and up to the job he says.He's been repairing watches once consigned to the bin.It's easy and straightforward to use.He's been fixing friend's watches saving them a lot of money.You won't be disappointed in this set.

You can't expect to get this number of top-notch precision tools at the price, and you don't. In my case, I tried to use this kit to replace the battery in a cheapish standby watch. The blade on the gadget for removing a snap-off watch back was too thick to be of any use. The gadget for removing a watch strap did not come with a sufficiently fine end to fit in the lugs in the watch case. I've already had to buy separate tools for this. I can't comment specifically on any of the other tools supplied, but frankly, I wouldn't use any of them on an expensive watch. You're probably better off deciding exactly what you need and then buy the tools separately. You'll end up with a much better kit than one that contains a load of stuff that either doesn't work or you wouldn't use in any case.

Tbh I didn’t expect high quality but the case holder is not very strong made of plastic. Most annoying of all is the screwdrivers. Only one straight blade and it’s too big for most watch screws. There are more in the handle but they are all torx drivers. This set is more for battery replacement than watch repair. Need to buy screwdrivers next.Update. Partial refund from supplier offered as item was not as expected. Good customer service. Extra star added.
