Examples & Explanations for Contracts

I love these Examples and Explanations books. I have found them very helpful and they go well with all of my casebooks. They are also good for exam prep. Also if you’re having difficulty in a particular area, these books break it down nicely. I get them for all my classes.

Others don't care for it as much, but this is my favorite E&E. Very dense, which is why some may not like it.

Worth the paper its printed on.

Bought the book new, arrived with damage to the spine.

This book is stellar. It is very thorough, modern, and approachable.

I bought this new and the bottom of the book is stained yellow/ is dirty, there are marks on the cover, and the cover is bent. I'm pretty grossed out at how poorly this must have been kept.

the page following page 58 jumped to page 107; pages 58-106 are missing from the book.

The Book is incredible, BUT TERRIBLE on Kindle. I am trying to get in contact with Amazon to see if I can exchange for a hard copy.
