Can’t even get a refund for a product that stopped working shortly after the return window closed

Amazing pen!
Love this pen! It is compatible with my laptop and is great for drawing and making mindmaps and is also not too expensive compared to other laptop pens on the market.

worked fine for a year then gave up
Worked fine, but stopped working after a year and new tips did not help.
