Fantastic computer - No problems at startup right from the box. Windows 10 was already installed and had no problems updating it from the Microsoft Update site. Noted that Office 2007 is on the machine, but I will update to MS Office 2019. I will update this review as I use the computer more.First update as of 10/15/18 - No problems at all - Uploaded Microsoft Office 365 with no problems. Receives updates from Microsoft.com without any issues (if anyone has concerns about legitimate copy of Windows 10). I would strongly recommend this Kingdel to my friends, family and co-workers. Will continue to add periodic updates.Second update as of 11/16/18 - Still working great - no problems. I am going to purchase another one of these as a gift (I am that confident of its quality).Third update as of 2/23/2019 - Five months in and this computer works great! No hiccups, nobugs"....well worth the $$$$.Fourth update as of 12/14/19....14 months on, and it is running as well as day 1. I just leave it on, update the systems regularly, and don't even think about it otherwise. Can't fault it at any level.Final Update as of 09/19/2020....Coming up on 2 years of near-constant use. No problems....I have certainly gotten my money's worth. If this one should ever fail, I will absolutely buy another Kingdel.Final, final update as of 08/17/2022...Nearly 4 years and this machine is still going strong. I seldom shut the computer down - and it continues to deliver outstanding performance. Who knows how long it will last?

Received this unit in around 5 business days. It might have been 4.The case and build quality are quite solid. The case feels very substantial for such a small size.One minor quirk that bothered me: The motherboard is *upside down*. Meaning, the external ports -- such as USB -- are upside down from how they usually are. So if you plug in a USB thumbdrive, for example, the indicator lights on the drive are face-down.The unit definitely gets warm on the outside, as one would expect with passive cooling. But not hot -- just warm.I was able to install Ubuntu 16.04 *alongside* Windows10 without any issues. Everything appears to work in Ubuntu.Very simple benchmarking indicates that this device will be decent for desktop web surfing, SOHO server of some kind, SOHO firewall, and other things.This is NOT a gaming machine but will definitely work fine for most office use.

Big minus: no documentation included at all. Nothing. Not even a crazy Google-translated Chinese-to-English pamphlet.Next minus: the wifi antennas shown on the Amazon listing are much larger than what came with my unit. The two antenna in my order were very short stubby antennas. If you are going to operate close to the wifi router, it's not a problem, but if you're some distance away it may be problematical.Now, the plusses: The unit is working well, and it's handled everything I've thrown at it. It has a small footprint, and doesn't seem to overheat even when left running 24/7.I ordered this particular unit because of the four serial ports, as I have some old Ham radio equipment that is pre-USB era. I have yet to try connecting them to this unit, however. (crossing fingers)The video image on a new monitor is excellent. Web browsing is quick, with pages loading immediately.Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. (some kind of documentation would have been nice, though.)

I am using the product for shop users in a very dusty environment. I have used fanless PC's in the past, but recently found these Kingdel machines. I think they should advertise louder about the need for the user to purchase licensed software or install their own operating system. I am using Windows 10 LTSB - 64-bit. CPU is not speedy, but 8GB RAM and SSD drive boost performance nicely. I will buy more!

PC works fine but it was already setup? I thought that was very strange. Well, now I know why. it's already been setup with an account by the vendor in order to try and activate an illegal copy of Windows. Spoke to a Microsoft rep about it because I thought there must be a legitimate error with my activation. Apparently this is common issue with overseas vendors. Isn't that nice! Completely wiping the drive and will now have to purchase a legal license myself. I would never purchase from this vendor again.

This is a very nice little industrial computer. It comes running Windows 10, and has 4 USB3 outputs on the back and 4 USB outputs on the front as well. SVGA and HDMI outputs both work very well. Overall, i really satisified with it. I've bought two so far, and will get more if needed.

**PREINSTALLED WITH MALWARE****DO A CLEAN WIPE**I just purchased this PC. Everything is working on the hardware end. First thing I did was run MalwareBytes and it found 15 Malware/Adware keys built deep into the registry.I did a clean install with Windows and it's working with no issues. Go to the Intel webpage and grab the latest drivers from there. There's also a nifty tool Intel will scan your computer and install the correct and latest drivers/patches.
