This is exactly as advertised. It's a little stiff when adjusting, but thats probably a good thing. I personally returned it because the base was bigger than i expected and didn't work for me with where i needed it to be. However it shouldn't reflect the review of the product itself. It's pretty sturdy, so i imagine it would last a good while!

I travel and need to use my laptop but the height of desk to eye ratio is always off. This device brings the screen to eye level. Mine is a folding laptop so I use this and have a separate bluetooth foldable keyboard and mouse. Highly recommend it.
