Besides the fact this hat fits perfectly because it can be adjusted it is the perfect party giggle. We have a few 4-5 year olds in the pool and everyone is freaking out they may have any accident. Who cares! Thought this has would take some of the heat off the kiddos. It did it I wasn’t allowed in the pool this day!!!!
