This phone was delivered without the cord. Company promised to reimburse if I ordered the cord they recommended. It's been over 2 months with no reimbursement for the cord. Phone worked for about a month, but now the ringer has stopped working. This phone appears to be a great idea for seniors who need a familiar style of phone. Unfortunately, the company and their product are extremely unreliable.

Nice looking. Could have better volume choices.

VERY DISSAPOINTED: Ringer is NOT loud at all, even on the loudest side. I can barely hear it in any of my other rooms and I live in a very small house. I do not have Caller ID and the Red Light Indicator was a major selling point. To bad it does not work. You need to fix this or at least describe it as a "decoration only" and not mislead us buyers and to avoid future buyers the same disappointment.

Worked fine but suddenly at one year anniversary- Mom could not hear us when we called. And no dial tone.

I ordered this phone for my 99 year old mom in assisted living. When we installed it, neither the ringer or the flashing light on it worked. Outgoing calls can be made but incoming calls can’t be heard or seen. Very disappointing.
