I received great shipping and the packing was fine. I had no issues with the installation procedure except the crossbars are a wing shape and it never states the thin or thick side forward. It is like most companies today that make a good product but won't spend the extra dime to print a full size instruction manual. I like the fact the crossbars I ordered were a silver color that matched the roof rails. Happy with the purchase.

These rails failed and everything we had packed was thrown onto the highway. There was nothing to salvage and my car was damaged. Do not buy these.

The installation instructions are seriously lacking. The bars are not symmetrical so it is not clear on proper placement. The video instruction shows only the obvious, and not how the bars are to be placed, which edge forward? Sound on instruction video unbelievably bad. Labeling is inconsistent. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

The racks fit great and works fine, but at certain lower speeds the racks vibrate and make noise. For some odd aerodynamic reason, opening the sunroof helps.
