Worked as expected
Bought a used Lenovo Legion 5 laptop that had the wrong power adapter and couldn't even charge the battery, this did the trick quite well and works with no issues at half to 1/3 the price of an official one. Been using it for several weeks now with no issues at all.I knocked it a star in the "for traveling" department, just because it's bigger than I expected yet still lighter than it looks... But in all fairness I don't know the size and weight of the original one that came with the laptop, so take it with a grain of salt.Overall would definitely buy again, and I have a few PWR+ power adapters here in our house, used several over the years, and all have held up very well. When I am looking for replacement adapters I seek out this brand on Amazon even if another item has a little higher rating just because I trust them.

Great replacement charger for power-hungry Lenovo laptops
Recently bought a ThinkPad T440p with a i5-4300m & GT 730m dedicated graphics, with the intention of upgrading the processor to an i7-4800MQ for a beastly ThinkPad for playing CPU-intensive games on the go.Realized that the 60W adapter that the seller bundled with the machine would not be enough to charge the machine while in use, so I looked for a 135W/170W adapter on Amazon. I noticed that a lot of the listings for "official" adapters on Amazon had reviews saying they were fakes, even the ones listed by Lenovo. So instead, I decided to buy this third party one as it was UL Certified. It's a quality product, I have no issues charging my spec'd out T440p (i7-4800MQ @ 2.7GHz, GT 730m, 16GB of 1666MHz DDR3LP RAM, 2 500GB Crucial CX500 SSD's) while playing games. It doesn't get hot at all while in use and under heavy load (just warm), which is a good sign that it is a quality product. This adapter is for square-plug style Lenovo's, so make sure your laptop has the square AC plug!

Functional, but with 3 caveats
It works great, only 3 criticisms I have are:1: it gets pretty hot2: it is very heavy and clunky3: the indicator LED is so bright, it lights up my room at night. I fear any tape I put on will melt, so I have to keep it flipped over.

I want to LOVE IT but I HATE IT.....
First I want to say that I really like the PWR+ cables and have nothing but great results for most of the ones I've used before. They have always been quality products and almost always worth the price. And that is why I'm really disappointed with this charging cable and I truly do not want to score this cable that low but being my second one since December I don't feel like I have a choice. This is actually my 2nd PWR+ cable of the same type for a Lenovo Legion Y520 laptop since December 28th 2019 and my fourth replacement cable from Amazon since October of 2019. This one lasted exactly 5 months this time so it's better than 2 with the first PWR+ but for $52 bucks I think they should last a few years, call me crazy or entitled but that's what I think :) Anyways the pictures above show what has happened. And mind you I do not use this in any harsh way with constant movement or pulling or twisting but that's what it looks like happened when I look at the plug separating from the cable and the ground wire splitting. It makes no sense at all and again this is the second PWR+ Cable of the same type that did this exact same thing. This time when I received the cable on March 7th I wrapped good electrical tape around the plug base thinking it would prevent this exact problem but nope it still happened. Though like I said above this second cable lasted 5 months instead of 2 months so maybe the tape did help a bit. These are great cables I'm sure but just not for this Lenovo type plug. Since I didn't do a warranty exchange with the first cable I think I will with this one and depending on the outcome I'll make changes to my review score on how this all goes.

The only charger I've tried that works on my Lenovo Legion computer.
This was my third attempt at getting an extra charger for my Lenovo Legion laptop. I always like to have at least two chargers for my important and oft-used devices.Thankfully, this charger works because they previous two did not. This one cost twice as much, but I was willing to spend that because it's a brand I already trust. I've bought many chargers for computers from this brand over the years, but they're normally more reasonably priced. $50 for an extra charger for my laptop seems a bit absurd, but it's the one that worked so it's what I'm going to pay.As a bonus, though, the cord for this charger is much longer than the original both from the adapter to the wall and from the adapter to the computer. It's worth the money and I expect that it'll last at least as long as the computer does like my other Powr+ chargers.

It is certainly better than the other products that I have bought before,
I have bought it for my lenovo legion y530-151ich and it works wonderfully, I have been using it for like 3 weeks+... definitely better than some products like it which were ruined after only a week of use, due to it being faulty. with this at least it passed the test of how much use it can endure and how long I can play games on it.

BIG Power Supply
Everything about this charger says "quality" at least on initial impression of the build quality. However, this larger than the OEM Lenovo 170W charger so while I bought this as my "travel" charger, I ended up using it as my stationary charger and carry the Lenovo charger for travel. We are not talking major overall differences in size, but the Lenovo charger has a better size format for travel, in my opinion. I would recommend this charger for price and quality, but not as my first choice for travel.
