We bought one of these a few years back and have used it on quite a few trips. We needed more suitcases, so I bought the same one from years ago because we liked it so much. Unfortunately, the quality of the bag has dropped immensely. Lots of little details are missing from this newer bag. The old one had more hard protection lining the outside of the bag, it had a nicer rubber grip on the handle, and various other small details that made it nicer all around. This new model feels like they cut a lot of corners, and to top things off, one of the main zippers broke on our very first trip with it, and one of the wheels jams up constantly because the plastic rubbed off.I reached out to the company and they want me to pay shipping to get a new one... I am simply going to buy a better product from a different company.

It survived a 16,000 mile journey with flying colors! (Pun intended) Excellent quality. Would buy again if I needed to.

Very disappointed. Zipper pull was gone when my luggage got to its first destination. Wheels won’t work when small bag is added on top of luggage. After just one use I am having to buy new luggage as the return window date has passed.
