Great cup of Earl Grey!
I was happily surprised with this Earl Grey. Although the bergamot aroma of the dried tea is mild, it really shines through with a brewed cup. Having a cup of this tea is a lovely way to start my day!

Wonderful
When I opened it I knew I would like it from the smell. Fresh, not to dry. Nice blend of flavors. Not dusty. Quality tea. If you like a nice cup of Earl Grey Will be happy. Subtle Bergamot. Was very pleased with my tea. May be a new favorite. Reasonable price for quality of the tea. Well done.

The best
This is a clean, organic and very tasty Earl Gray. Everyone that comes to my house and gets iced tea that I've made with it never fails to complement the taste of this wonderful tea. Highly recommended.

Best Earl Grey I've Tasted, UNTIL...
My favorite Earl Grey. This is no tall order, as I've tried only one other Earl Grey (Numi's tea bags) and found those to be bitter and have an unpleasant aftertaste. Golden Moon's Earl Grey is smoother and has a beautiful citrusy aftertaste. The bergamot does not overpower the tea, which I've heard is a problem with a lot of Earl Greys. The color of the liquor is dark amber. This is a malty blend with notes of dark chocolates and Medjool dates that pair nicely with the citrus.I wish Golden moon would offer this blend free of bergamot. The leaves are very good looking. They are longer and straighter compared to other blacks I've bought from Golden Moon. It's a three leaf blend, two from China and one from India. The description says Assam, Keemun and Yunnan. They ought to take this blend without the bergamot oil and offer it as their "English Breakfast." Anyways, this one DOES have bergamot and is a winner.UPDATE TUESDAY AUG. 28, 2018I've been drinking this tea for a couple of weeks now. Everything I said above remains true. However, on Monday morning (8/27/18) before brewing my tea, I found a rusty bolt in my Earl Grey. This sickens me considering I had brewed this tea maybe four or five times, serving it to my mother, father, and sister. This is not the first time I've had an issue with Golden Moon products. Just last week I asked for a refund on a bag of Darjeeling that had a two inch, curly black hair in it. I got my refund and threw out the tea, not thinking much of it. Just a fluke, right? Wrong. This company has a serious quality control issue. It's a shame considering the teas are so delicious. I mean, seriously good. But at the end of the day, I'd rather drink a tea that was treated with pesticides, than an organic tea with foreign hairs, metals, and who knows what else. What other smaller contaminants could I have brewed and consumed in the past month of drinking this tea? I no longer trust this company and will be asking Amazon for a full refund on the $100+ I've spent on Golden Moon products.
