Charger is a poor design. Will NOT charge just one battery in a bay (has 2 bays which takes 2 batteries each). So a nuisance when you have to charge 1 or 3 batteries.Update:Changing to 5 stars based on customer service and unexpected full refund."Thanks for the refund. Battery charger works great and it has options for charging multiple types of Lithium batteries, i.e., AAA, AA and 1.5 V.

Works as expected, my only downside is batteries and charger get very warm. I'm constantly checking them so I can unplug when done .takes a while to charge batteries.

I have now used the product for over a month. The batteries are working perfect.Will have no issues buying it since the customer service is excellent, very prompt and responsive. So even if something does go awry, i am sure they will take care of it promptly.
