I only have one complaint..see photo

It’s a great napkin holder, it looks nice, holds a good amount of napkins, and they are easy to take out. However, the first napkin holder I received had one leg substantially higher than the other three. I tried bending it and even sticking a spacer on but that didn’t work so I returned it and had them send a new one. The one I just got today still isn’t perfectly square and rocked back-and-forth between two legs. This was much smaller and I was able to take a small felt sticky piece and attach it to each of the two higher legs. Now it works fine. Without this problem five stars, but with it 3.5 to 4. They just need a little better quality control!

It looks nice but on the picture only. I am surprised there were so many good reviews (that’s why I ordered it).It is poorly made. The metal is soft therefore all piece is covered with tiny dents. But what makes me mad is the sharp corners you can easily scratch your finger. There are tiny metallic thorns along the edges I poked my finger while taking it out of the box :(DisappointedAm I only lucky one with bad quality?

We enjoy this napkin holder because it allows gravity to help us. We have a family of 7 people altogether and until now, we haven't owned a napkin holder! I opted for this one because the vertical standing ones can leave a wonky mess of napkins when you try to pull out just one, and I didn't foresee anyone but me straightening it out daily.So this holder has been a winner. The little flap holds the napkins down in the wind and just helps keep things tidy. The oil-rubbed-bronze matches our kitchen. And it can also accommodate the larger decorative holiday napkins too. (Though, to be truthful, we also put any take-out napkins left over in there so we don't waste them.)The only thing I don't care for so much (-1 star) is that it's not perfectly symmetrical. Sure, probably no guest will ever notice or they will think it's intentional. But it doesn't look intentional based on the product listing, and it irks me a little. So if you're looking for the perfectly symmetrical napkin holder, this may not be the one for you. Otherwise, you'll probably be happy...and you won't be fighting gravity in keeping napkins organized! :D

So far so good. I've read on other comments, some come bent or round feet are loose. This came in perfect shape & so far we think we like it. Have used the wooden kind for years. Weren't sure if this would hold napkins as well as heavier ones. IT'S DONE A GOOD JOB SO FAR! I'm going to order another for our vacation home too.

We needed a napkin holder for our deck table. This one has a good design, well built, and keeps the napkins from blowing away.

I purchased this to replace an old cheap and plastic napkin holder that held the napkins in a vertical fashion, which I didn't like. This napkin holder looks nice, matches the banana holder that I have, and came at a great price. Happy to have bought this.

Just received and put napkins in it and it worked great! I hate it when u go for a napkin and you pull the whole pile out. Not with this holder! I only got the one I pulled. It was a great price and I loved the design.

it was exactly as pictured in the ad when it arrived. It is a sturdy napkin holder and it fit the actual napkins perfectly. A very attractive yet unassuming centre piece for the kitchen table.
