Heavy duty.Hard to find ceiling mounts with this much flexibility.Not a super elegant design. Center of pivot/tilt is a small ball. Much like a ball head on a tripod. Depends on a lot of friction to hold position.Telescoping the height adjustment is not as simple as described. No big deal. Most users do not need to adjust frequently. Had to disassemble the clamp completely to extend the pipe.Hung a 60" 4K television.Better have a solid ceiling.

Good looking, and easy to install. Installed into wood joists/beams above a dry-wall ceiling. One issue: the rotating ball socket was jammed for an unknown reason, preventing the TV from rotating and tilting on the ball socket. Needed to remove TV. Pressed hard with a hand on the socket unit until it rotated properly just as shown in the vendor video of the bracket. That "solution" was required even with the ball socket's friction plate loosened. Once that was done, and with the friction plate adjusted for the weight of the TV, all is working well. Otherwise, a worthwhile buy for hanging our 26" LED TV.

Love the mount. I bought it hoping it was adjustable on the fly so I could keep it tucked up most of the time and bring it down at times. I still do that, but I have to take the tv off and struggle with the clamps.

it has the quality expected but it came wrongly assembled. it took me more than an hour to figure out and fix it. Else by the add I thought it was ease to change the height by just pulling or pushing the TV. but you need to screw and unscrew to move it, even in not bad to me I understand it in a different way by the video add.

I’ve ordered several cheaper items similar to this, but this one is by far the best and well worth the extra money. It’s rigid and will stay plumb while the tv stays level. Not the case with the cheaper models. Installed very quickly and looks clean.

Ordered for a studio rental unit I own in Hoboken where space saving is important. Works perfectly, eliminating the need for an additional piece of furniture to hold a TV and yet affords the person watching the TV to be able to swivel it from facing the living room sofa to facing the bedroom area with ease. Keeps wires pretty concealed and orderly. It's a quality item.

Great product. Does not rotate as easily as would like. Very happy with product.

Heavy duty, does the job. Easy to install. Only thing they should mention is that the TV mount is a VESA 200x200 mount so if your bigger TV uses 400x400 (which is the case for me) then you must also buy an adapter, and these adapters are almost impossible to find in a regular store. So I bought it online and it worked perfectly.
