I have been using this for just over a year and it is still solid. I was surprised when I first received it, as it felt solid. It is a highly used piece of equipement in my basement gym. I don't like to give all 5 stars but on the other hand I do not have anything to gig this for.

I use it for back arm pull downs and wide lat pulls. My pumps hit me in places that where hard to hit before stardy and solid as hell. You'll need to add extra weight because the bar is kind of heavy.

I like the bar. Its comfy and sturdy. It's welded by hand, maybe not as pretty welds as a robot, but just as robust. I have a straight bar to match it. Love 'em both, and price was right.

Worth the price tag! Great purchase! Very sturdy.

A few sharp edges but, overall a great addition to my home gym.

It does the job but don’t expect quality. Very rough manufacture. Welds look like I made them (not a compliment) and discolored as if a weld seal was applied after chroming the bar in order to cover workmanship flaws. Attachment point for cable makes a noticeable metal on metal grinding noise that I’m sure will reduce service life. I attempted to lube it with lithium grease but that only slightly reduced the grind. All of this wouldn’t bother me if I got a steal on it but it is priced similar to competitors. In the end I decided to keep it as it would be too much bother to return it and the bar will get the job done.

Just like the cable attachments at the gym. Great product.
