Action Day - Meetings & Actions Pad - Size 5x8 - Layout Designed to Run Effective Meetings That Get Things Done (Meeting Notepad (+) Meeting Notes)

I really wanted to like this product, but it definitely didn't meet my needs. When I unwrapped the note pad, I found that it was very loosely bound at the top and that the paper was very low quality. There also is only the tiniest space for notes (I thought that the notes space would continue on the back, but it doesn't), which isn't adequate for any meeting. I was mainly interested in this particular notebook because of the extra space for action items because my other meeting notebook from Cambridge Limited had ample writing space, but only a small action items section. I found I'd prefer to stay with that notebook since it's wirebound, has a more rigid cover and has lines on the back where you can add more notes or actions. This notebook is WAY too expensive for all of its flaws

This is a great idea, but the note section just too small. I only use this for quick/small meetings

Awesome concept but a couple of MAJOR flaws. First, the pad is actually a bit wider than a standard 5x8 pad so it does not fit into the slot in a padfolio meant to hold a 5x8 notepad. You can not even force it without potentially damaging you padfolio or the notepad itself. Second, the glue holding the pad together is very whimsy. Just the act of trying to insert the pad into the padfolio causes half of the pages to pull away from the glued spine on top.

I like the pad for meetings, great idea. One star because the back already came off and separated. Probably would have been better like a notebook with 3 ring binder holes.

This is by far the BEST action planner I've ever seen. I work in Agile Development and can easily use this pad to manage my daily tasks and meetings. However, my 3 stars is because this is a TINY workpad. I write big, not size 10 font, and this is the same size as a small note pad. I try to write small but honestly it's 1 line of my handwriting to every 2-3 lines on the pad. I wish this was in a normal legal pad size.

I gave it to my associate to help him be more organized and it seems to be helping him.

I find that being able to record notes manually turns out to be the better meeting capture device, because I am less distracted than if I am trying to use the machine that I am using for the Zoom sessions themsleves.

Nice format with appropriate headings and space for documenting action items. However, the paper is thin so it may not stand up over time for longer-term projects. I would like it more if the paper were heavier.
