The case is really good; thick, rugged, good protection; perhaps better than an OtterBox at a fraction of the price. The instructions are inadequate. Just put on strong reading glasses and put your thinking cap on and you can figure it out.

Purchased new phone and this case a couple weeks ago. Didn't want to fork out for the Otterbox so bought this based on good reviews. I was driving today when I heard a thump. I looked out my rear window and saw my phone hit the rear deck lid, hit the road and bounce about 30 feet into the ditch. It bounced on the road at least twice, maybe 3 times before hitting the grass in the ditch. I parked and it took me about 10 minutes to find it. I was expecting it to be demolished but hoped for maybe getting away with just a cracked screen and could get by while I saved for a new one. There actually wasn't EVEN A SCRATCH on it. I was looking for a case for my new OnePlus Nord N10 5G phone and while I did get a free case with the phone, it was just a gel case with little or no shock protection and only afforded some scratch protection for the back. I wanted something durable and was still functional. I have to say this case fits the bill. It is 2 parts. One part is where the phone fits in then it gets fitted into the larger back piece. One thing you will find out is separating the 2 pieces can be a problem. You really need to wretch the front frame out. The good news is the material is sturdy and has some give. Once separated, it was easy to attach my phone and get it into the case. Just follow the installation video on the product page on Amazon.com The cool thing is this comes with a plastic screensaver but if you don't like the plastic screensaver, they give you a front frame that will accommodate a glass screen protector if you choose to install one on your phone. It even has a kickstand and what I really like is that the headphone jack and power connector are protected. The only concerns I have would be ventilation and the fact that the back camera does not have its own protective screen. The good news is the case has the camera recessed so if the phone was dropped on a relatively flat surface, the camera should be safe unless you drop this on some rocks. Hopefully, this case won't overheat my phone. I was able to access the power button and volume keys just fine and the fingerprint reader works. The case feels grippy and is not slippery. Gestures and touches worked fine as well. The only other improvement is if they could make the case slightly thinner but it probably would reduce the protection. All in all, a nice durable case that will at least protect my phone and I got it for less than $20.

Just bought and received this case today, a little difficult to get apart to put on at first but it is so well-built and secure. I love that the case protrudes above the screen, the screen protector being built in makes it so easy to keep clean. If this were to ever break I would buy a new one from this seller instantly. I'll never use a different case for my OnePlus N10 ever again. I think more colors would be nice to have the option for but the functionality of this case is worth the loss of aesthetic.

fit my phone like a glove. its a little thick but it will protect my phone.

I've had this phone case for almost a year and a half and it has saved my phone from countless drops and spills and all the abuse I've put it through (the bottom cover for the charging port is essential for my phone as it is not advertised as being water resistant) the case has held up flawlessly until now - finally the clips that hold the kickstand in place when not in use wore down and eventually broke off the case making the kickstand loose when not being used. I went to their website and discovered that there is a 3 year limited warranty on their cases. I was quickly greeted by an email from their customer service team who were eager to send me a replacement phone case. I wouldn't bother buying any other brand of phone case these guys make some of the best on market and the price is very reasonable for the product and services they provide.

I have used these types of high protection covers before on phones. But they tend to allow dust between the built-in screen cover and phone glass. So, I have to open it up on a regular basis to clean the screen. So, I have had to cut out the built-in screen cover on other models so I can use my own screen cover that is easy to clean.Yea!!!! This cover came with two front covers! One with a built-in screen protector and one cover with it cut out so I can use my own screen protector! Which is great! I find this the perfect phone case so far!
