Does it taste like protein powder? Yes, but only slightly. Is it better tasting than most? Yes, most definitely! I don't enjoy protein drinks at all, and I've tried different ones including orgain. Out of all of them though, this one tastes the best. I think it may be because the chocolate overpowers the "taste" of the protein shake. I don't enjoy it water, so I mix it with milk for a tastier drink and more protein. This does tend to clump so make sure you use a shaker bottle or frother. I usually drink the protein an hour or so prior to exercise and it definitely gives me more energy and endurance. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great tasting protein & vitamin supplement. I mix it with other things like instant breakfast and chia and flaxseed. The stevia it’s made with is from plants so it’s not harmful to you like other artificial sweeteners. The big problem is for some strange reason they seemed to have discontinued the vanilla flavor. I even called the company and they said they still make it. Well I hate to tell them but it’s not available anymore anywhere. There’s a few places like eBay that are trying to rip you off for the few remaining ones left at ridiculous prices but I’m not that desperate. I’d just like to know why they have the chocolate but not the vanilla.

This protein shake is so good. I have bought the chocolate and the vanilla but the chocolate is my favorite. I have one every morning and I can thicken it up a little when I either add a few ice cubes or a piece of frozen banana to my unsweetened vanilla almond milk and put it in the blender. Comes out thicker. I read in another review that it helped the person's GERD and it helped mine too! So feel it is a very good product and would recommend it.

Flavor was fine, the protein got me through the hour my meds keep me from eating in the morning but it doesn't mix all that nicely with amything but whole milk and and i prefer to put my protein powder in my coffee in the morning and don't use whole milk so it leaves a bit to be desired but overall it's a decent second choice

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had to find something to replace Boost because it was getting outrageous in price Thought I would try this product trade it today flavor is good going to keep getting it until it gets too expensive

Have this often on for years. Does mix better if you put it in a bottle with a lid and Shake. Doesn't mix very well with a spoon and a glass. You can use water or I use oat milk or soy milk as a base. Very filling lots of protein. Years ago their product was dairy-free only had soy, now it looks like they have whey protein listed as an ingredient. I can do small amounts of dairy but not these huge dairy-based shakes. Doesn't seem to bother my stomach as I have dairy allergies. I wish they would go back to just soy based but not sure why they changed their formula? You can also add other flavorings to the vanilla version, like juice or orange extract so it's not so Bland

Okay! This shake powder has a great taste and blends smooth. Love it !

UPDATING MY REVIEW:The price fluctuation is ridiculous. Since my order less than a month ago, the price is now OVER $5 MORE today. I will now be stocking up when CVS has their buy 1 get 1 free sale or the buy 1 get 1 50% off....which is often. This IS a great product, but price gouging in the U.S. has gotten out of control. I refuse to be taken advantage of.The chocolate flavor is REALLY good. Has so many vitamins, minerals, a digestive blend & even a little collagen. You'd never know this stuff was GOOD for you, LoL. I dont take it for weight management - So if you want to try this for the TASTE, added VIT/MIN, DIGESTIVE help and collagen - put 2 scopps of ice cream in and its sooooooo good. (I use coffee or vanilla, and put 8 Oz milk into my Blend jet 2 for 2 cycles - but do it how ya want. Just saying that its amazing this way.)I CAN buy it at local store for same price but was nice to have it delivered exactly when I was running out. Until August order lol...... some reason it was supposed to arrive Monday Aug 7 & was delayed. It happens no biggie. Have had plenty of things delayed 1 - 3 days. But then the days went by & still never got it. (And I was out of my own supply by Wed.) Thurs...Fri...Sat....Sun....Mon...Tues...it's now the 15th so cancelled order.Its an "Amazon.com" delivery & not blaming them per say, think might be the post office losing package. Because it says it was picked up. Then I got delayed message on Monday Aug 7. Waited all week and no other movement. Which is really wierd. Waited through the weekend and until Tues the next week (Today.) Just said screw it. I gota go to store, Been without it too long, LoL
