Excellent little tool
I was able to cut mirror glasswith reasonable ease. I would recommend watching some videos on youtube as I can see from other reviews that some people struggled but I didn't find it difficult after following online advice and it was my first time cutting glass. I used ordinary multi use wd40 as cutting oil and it worked well. You only need a drop and I oiled before every cut and dripped excess oil onto a tissue. Hope this helps some other first timers.

Doesn't work
Appears on the face of it to be a good quality product - assembled well, but the cutting heads don't even scratch the glass.
