I always have back pain and my mum told me to get hard mattress, so over the past 15 years I have been sleeping in hard mattress.Until I changed to this luxury Memory foam mattress, I have open the wrapper and let it breath for 3 days , there no smell even when opening the wrapper. I have slept in it just about 10 days so far and I can tell, my sleep quality is better each day, I used to woke up every single time when turning position because it’s hurt but I’m now able to turn without feel much pain or keep waking up.It is soft because of the memory foam but it is firm enough to support my weight. I think my spin able to keep straight even when sleeping on my side because of the memory foam.I feel much more energetic now, I knew I can have had a good night sleep, it won’t cured my back pain but at least it has help with pain relief.I would recommend this mattress.

I bought this mattress for my Dad and he says it has really helped with his back pain and he can finally get a decent nights sleep.I recently bought another Inofia mattress for myself and was surprised by the quality and comfort, so I recommended the brand to my parents who were looking for a replacement for theirs and they are really impressed with it. My Father has suffered with back pain for years and I have been telling him to get a memory foam mattress, but he likes a traditional spring mattress, so we compromised and got this one, which is a mixture of the two! It has a very soft memory foam top, but due to the pocket sprung base, it isn't overly soft. It provides great support, whilst being gentle on his back.It arrived vacuum packed and boxed, so was really easy to move up the stairs and fit in place by myself. Within an hour of unpacking the mattress it had risen to it's full thickness and was ready to sleep on. I can't recommend Inofia enough, both mattresses are super comfortable and really well made.

From the day it was unfurled, it never really impressed. I was comparing it to our Fairford Maxi 1200 pocket sprung which we bought for a little of £300 from Oak furniture land - like comparing an all terrain jeep to a executive limousine. The Fairford was simply a superior mattress made by people who seemed to know how to do it. We decided to withhold further judgement till we had a little more experience of this particular Inofia. After a few weeks, the top mattress layer started to lift up and stand proud in locations. The spread bed was quite unsightly. We've now called for it to be returned.

Wow, just wow. I bough this for my husband as he’s suffered from arthritis for many years and we have been struggling to get him comfortable. This kept popping up as a recommended buy so thought we would try it due to the money back 100 night sleep trial and a ten year (limited) warranty which is amazing. Well he’s been sleeping a full 8-9hrs every night since we got it 2 weeks ago. Incredible. The mattress itself screams quality when you open the bag. The material covering it is very very nice, not thin and every seam and binding is heavy duty. There is no way this mattress could wear out IMO! It’s beautifully made. The whole things incredible to lay on, you feel an initially soft drop as the memory foam gently fits around you then the firmness of the pocket strings and a gentle but firm bounce. Rolling over is super smooth not a squeak or groan - no interference in deep or light sleep just a smooooooth roll. No sweating despite the heat at night a few days have been very warm. It really is the best mattress we have ever owned and I 1000% recommend trying it. I’d say this is a soft to medium firmness. Def not firm. It’s wonderful. The support for his back is really exceptional and it’s worth every penny. Love love love it.

It’s good quality, but unfortunately too soft for my husband and I.I was about to go ahead with the return / refund with Amazon , but it says I must ship the package.How can I do that ?The mattress is already expanded and it won’t fit in the box again. Also , it would probably be too expensive.There was no clear information saying the customer should ship the package in case of return.

I bought this mattress for my daughter who has recently got a new bed. It arrived quickly and well packaged. To open the mattress you need to place it on the bed or floor and cut it out of the bag and let it unfold for a few hours before first use. This ensure the mattress is fully expanded and ready to use.The mattress is extremely comfortable and quite deep. The materials used to make this mattress seem to be excellent and it looks and feels very premium.My daughter is very happy and has said it’s very comfortable.So for the following reasons I have decided to rate this mattress 5 stars:Fast deliveryWell madeExtremely comfortable

I bought this quite a few weeks ago and thought I would hang fire before leaving a review to give it chance for any problems to develop. Pleased to say no problems to report.The mattress arrived much quicker than expected, once removed from its packing it soon expanded to its full size and reached full expansion within twenty four hours. There was a faint new product sort of smell but nothing overpowering or excessively chemical at all.Generally I am a side sleeper but I find it comfortable in any position. My previous mattress was a traditional type of mattress and was almost three times the price of this one. I find this way more comfortable since getting it I have seen a big reduction in hip pain and pins and needles in my shoulder.It would be hard to get exited by such a mundane item but I’m over the moon with it and sleeping better than I have done in donkey’s year.
