This was by far the best handle for my GoPro8 that I could find. Glad I kept searching to the 3rd result pages behind all the cheap Amazon suggestions. Why use a weird cylinder pod when this thing fits your grip perfectly. Only reason for 4 stars is that I had to add a wrist float because it fills up with water, and it's not saltwater friendly, even with fresh water rinse after each outing. Will likely have to modify the hardware soon. If they made a floating one with stainless hardware I would give it 6 stars and by 2 of them!

I was looking for a cheap grip for my camera and came across this item. I'm not really into guns and weapons, but I saw this and thought it would be an ironically fun way to "weaponize" my camera, go into Dad mode and tell people I'm shooting them as I take pictures and video. In all seriousness, I feel that my camera with this grip is my "weapon of choice," where I have the potential to capture iconic images and create memorable stories.

I used this handle with my Go-pro while snorkeling. It was very comfortable and worked well. However, the wrist strap screw comes unscrewed very easily. This could be a problem if you dangle the camera and do not check the screw. I also was surprised at how quickly the metal parts rusted. But it worked well and was easy to use. Hopefully, it will last for a year until I get to a great snorkeling place again.

Makes it so much easier to hold and control the Evolv 200 hand held. Attached a Arca clamp to the top of the grip, a plate to the Evolv 200, which makes it fast to set up and put away. Also attached a Arca plate to my small action cam. I do think I would like it better if the grip had a female 1/4" or 3/8" threaded hole. The wheel is nice but it makes it difficult to get the clamp as tight as I would like. Not a real problem as is, just have to keep an eye on it.

This is great for cameras and GoPros, would not use on heavy systems as this handle is light weight and hollow

I have a heavy 5 pound 70-200 mm lens which is heavy and difficult to hold from below. The camera also has a dual battery pack, making it even heavier.I saw a White House reporter using one of these on their white lens on the tripod mount on the lens (not the camera), so I bought I'd give it a try.I am not sure if there is a weight limit (this is no go pro), but it seems to handle my 6.2 pound white lens and SLT Camera setup just fine and it's perfectly balanced at the center of gravity.Photos By Meta.

I purchased this with my GoPro Hero 7 Black. This is by far one of the loudest handles I own, which is extremely disappointing as it's very comfortable. If you purchase this for use with a GoPro, you will either need an external microphone or never shift your fingers/remove you hand from the grip - doing so will result in a lot of noise on the video.

I saw this pistol grip used by a person who is known in the photography world for taking hand held photographs that are as sharp as other people would get by using a tripod. So I thought that I would try it out myself. It really works great!! I can take very sharp photographs now by hand holding my camera and using the Fantaseal pistol grip camera mount. I no longer have to lug a tripod around with me!! I will definitely recommend the Fantaseal pistol grip camera mount to anyone wanting to improve their photography skills!

used to help hold a camera good value but take it off the camera when going through any security scanners as got pulled out twice as looks like a gun on the x-ray

the lens free lens cleaning cloth that it comes with is a extra bonus one of the best i have used better than my baader one

For such a cheap price it really perfects your video shooting. Much steadier than using your hands. Well worth the price.
