I previously left a review regarding the need to dilute this product. Which is 100% necessary. This is pure and undiluted and it is spicy and it WILL BURN if you do not dilute it. However, since posting that review, the company reached out to me and the customer service is *chefs kiss*. Not only did they go above and beyond to help us figure out exactly how to dilute the product, they also offered a solution in provided a vial for us to actually dilute the product as well. Turns out, ONE DROP goes a long way. This one little vial of product will last us years probably. While we haven’t diluted the liquid version yet, WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CAPSULES SO MUCH!!! The icing on the cake to this whole experience was the letter they mailed to us, including detailed explanations on how to properly use the products. I love this company and will absolutely reorder from them in the future. They did not have to fix it at all but they went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It’s Spicyyyyy! Worked so fairly quick. Applied it to a spider bite and let me just say it pulled out the gunk in Just 2 days. We did clean the bite and applied it every 3 hours as well as taking it orally 2-4 times a day. Definitely something to have in your medicine cabinet. Well worth the price for us, will purchase if needed in the future.

Yes... anything from nature that packs a punch is what I crave and this is the strongest I've experienced,but a little tip,purchase empty capsules and put the oil in them with a little olive oil...stay strong everyone!!

Great product! I like that they gave you instructions for various ways to use the product. So far I've only been drinking the product with water but within a few minutes I can feel it working its magic. I took this before bed after a long workout and felt so good I could've worked out again. Thank you to these people for making this stuff! I would recommend to wash your hands immediately after using because I accidentally rubbed my eyelid and it burned bad.

Taste was stronger than expected, very 'spicy' but you get used to it. Also worked well for repelling ants.
