You will need to use more to get the same level of sweetness.
Not as sweet as sugar or monk fruit, but a good substitute. Not much of an aftertaste at all. It's best if combined with a little bit of another sweetener

not as sugary as I thought it would be. For Diabetics, this sugar helps not wanting to use the White sugar.If you have a sweet tooth, this sugar will not assist at all.

Not Sweet Enough
It’s healthier than sugar but you need a lot to get anything to taste sweet and I am talking about average sweetness. I had to use 3-4 times the amount to sweeten homemade jam. Ends up costing more because of the amount you have to use.I would not repurchase.

Using alulose is better than reg sugar
I was told by my doctor to use this to cut down on my sugar .
