More comfortable and customizable than any I've worn. Shoulder areas are padded enough, and the rear straps don't push on my neck like other ones. Also, no belt to dig into your stomach.Since there is not stretch or elastic, I had to fine tune it to get it to a perfect fit, which it now is.

Very uncomfortable to wear, especially under the armpits. I can hold my posture just fine when I’m just standing or sitting; I was hoping for a brace that would keep my posture good while I was typing or washing dishes, but that is not possible with this brace. Ultimately, I returned this item.

I swear this has fixed my shoulder. Anytime is starts to get uncomfortable I put it on for about 30 minutes. So easy to take on trips too!
