Though it is very light b 12 supplement. It is good to maintain the level of b complex in routine but deficient should take high potency product

This vitamin B complex tablets come in very affordable price and results are so good. It has so many vitamins content in it like vitamin B and vitamin B et cetera, worth buying it.

The product description states that it contains Plant based vitamins. The form of B12 stated in the description is Cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic form while the natural form is usually Methylcobalabin. Given this, I am not sure if all the B vitamins in the product are naturally sourced!
