Another mixed feelings review
If we had reviewed this last year when we bought it, would have been probably 4.5 stars..Its big sturdy not overly affected by wind (considering its size)... And everyone loved the built in lights....But that is the problem.. Year two, out for the for the first time. All day in the sun, evening comes, flick the switch............ nothing, nada, no lights. All the other things like sturdy, good size etc still apply. But lights only working for one year is not really good enough...Personally £65 for a parasol with no lights is a bit pricey..... so a bit like we would have rated 4.5 stars, this really should be 2.5 stars.Edit: ok have had an investigation and it was the switch that had stopped working. A bit of attention and we have lights again, so up to 3 stars..

Absolutely loves this
Brought this lovely umbrella for my garden table. It’s such a lovely size for a 6 seater table. Covers it’s lovely. Lovely colour that goes with my black table. Fabulous quality lovely when lights are on in the evening. I feel like I’m sitting in a romantic restaurant. Would most definitely recommend this umbrella fantastic quality and value for money.

Excellent quality but a bit disappointed with level of brightness from lights
Love the parasol - yes it is quite heavy and cumbersome to assemble but would highly recommend- there is a thin plastic layer on charger situated on the top of the parasol - unsure if I should remove it or leave it in case it is there to protect the screen - am hoping someone will see this and confirm

Little bit bulky to assemble.
The parasol looks good. However, it is quite bulky and cumbersome to assemble. The first part which is the main parasol needs to be screwed into the second pole. Because it is top heavy this process is really hard and requires two people. Unlike our old parasol which simply slotted into each other. It came promptly with good packaging. It has a good coverage for my 6 seater rectangular table. The tilt mechanism is at the same height to my old parasol and others we’ve seen. It is higher for a short person to reach.

Pretty good
Good overall although the tilt function seems to be a little difficult to use and seems to tilt it excessively before it locks in position. LED lights appear to work well so far

Great sunshade, you do need to be strong and tall though.
Fabric quality is very good. The winder works easily enough, and the fairy lights were an added bonus.However.... it is 'extremely' heavy, so if you're elderly or slight, it's going to be too unwieldy for you. Because of its overall weight you will need a very heavy base for it. We used a 20kg base and it tipped over with a fairly light breeze (see picture 2, base with high density breeze block as additional ballast!)It doesn't have height adjustment, so it's 8ft high or 8ft tall... and, unless you yourself are 6ft plus tall or have something sturdy to stand on, don't even try to tilt the parasol on your own. The tilt button is right at the top (remember 8ft?!) and you need one hand to press the release button and the other hand to ease the heavy open parasol over. (See picture 3). If you're nearly 70 and standing on a patio chair like I was, it's bloomin' precarious, it really is. When you come to reverse the tilt, to put the parasol upright and wind it down, you have to repeat that operation.Truthfully, it's attractive to look at (see picture 1). But operating this parasol is nearly an Olympic event, not an activity for the old, the short or the merry.

Great Parasol
This a fabulous parasol nice and big and the lights work well, waterproof so keeps the chairs dry. My only criticism is that the switch for the turning the lights on and off is ever so slightly out of my reach so I really have to stretch to do it. I’m 5ft 7in.
