I originally purchased this back in 2016 on Amazon and in these 6 years of constant use and excessive residue build up from my hair products it has not given me any problems at all. I've cleaned it multiple times and store it when I'm done. This is by far the best purchase I've made as I used it almost every morning getting ready for a day of high school. Without this, no one at that time would have known or seen my crazy hairstyles :) Definitely a great hair straightener and would buy again if it ever does die out.

I absolutely love this flat iron. Where do I begin? First, this iron is sleek and very professional looking. Second, this flat iron can also be used as a curling iron. Next, this flat heats up very quickly. What do I love about this flat iron? I love the fact that this flat iron has a digital temperature reading. I adjust the temperature to set my hair needs. I love the fact that this flat iron can be use to curl your hair, I love the long cord and that it swivels. This flat iron also has a auto shut off after about an hour. I would highly recommend this flat iron. This flat iron has all the features that you would need in a flat iron.

The iron is sleek and works great. The cord is thinner than any of my other straighteners, they always seemed thick but that doesn't seem to matter. The pivoting chord is great. The only negative thing is that the iron is rounded and I have a hard time keeping it from falling on its side where the hot plates are flush with a table surface, which can cause damage to the surface it's on. It needs a hair dresser tool holder or a cone to keep it from falling over and burning something.

I LOVE THIS STRAIGHTER. No this is probably not the most professional straighter you can own but for someone like me who uses one occasionally, this is perfect. I got this on a lightening deal for cheap and was nervous of getting a crummy product but I am very happy. It gets hot, it straightens, and I use this to also curl my hair. It's works very well for curling actually. But my hair feels smooth and looks shiny after using. I do use a heat styling product but my hair doesn't seem burnt or dry after using.

I buy my products off of amazon based on reviews, and with this product I feel I have been mislead. Everyone is ranting and raving about it but I really do not believe it is 5 star quality. Does it straighten? Yes. Is it small in width? Yes. Does the cord tangle? No. Does it heat up fast? Yes.So what could my issue have? I just feel that it doesn't straighten as well as it should. I feel my hair becomes more brittle after I use this product. In a way I feel I do not straighten my hair as much since I bought this product. I feel if this was my first straightener I ever owned and didn't know any different I would love the product but because I know there is one out there I will like better I find it hard to love this product.

I've used the same crummy straightener for five years. I finally upgraded to this one after being extremely happy with the red Wazor hair dryer. This straightener is awesome!It heats up really really fast. The temperature light flashes while it pre-heats and stays lit when it's at the desired temp.I have naturally straight, fine hair but it's a bit frizzy in the front, so I really only use this to touch up a couple spots, but I do use this straightener to add curls and it works GREAT! The handle is really springy. It's really lightweight too.I couldn't be happier with this product.

I've been flat ironing my hair for 16 years now and I wouldn't recommend this wazor flat iron. First off no matter how high I turn the heat to, 10 minutes later my hair starts to frizz or curl. Although my hair is naturally curly, it is loose and not hard to straighten at all. I can tell that it has been damaging my hair more than other flat iron brands I've used. It likes to fall over when placed on the counter so setting it down while grathering sections of my hair proves difficult. Today I was extreamly disappointed because it broke after only using it for 2.5 months. I turn it on and turn the number up, it starts to get hot and reads ELA and the heat goes away. I'm not sure what that means and can't find an answer online. If you want a good flat iron skip the wazor.

I Love this thing! It absolutely works like a charm on my hair. I tend to be prone to burning myself on such tools, and I haven't done that, and it is so easy to use. It has very high and very low heat settings and anything you need in between. It also heats up very quickly (takes more than 30 seconds for the highest heat setting, but still less than a minute, lowest setting is less than 30 seconds). Best straightener I've ever owned or used.*Update: 3 years later I still love it.

I purchased this for my sister as a birthday gift after she lost hers in a house fire. She loves it and uses it daily.

This works perfectly, I bought it for a back up and it works better then my 300$ one !
