This product combined with Vagistatin from Health Concerns has eliminated a Candida problem that I had been suffering from for nearly a year. If you are battling Candida, give this a try. I took it three times a day between meals, then reduced it to two times a day, then three pills before bedtime. The Vagistatin was used as needed. I cannot guarantee it will eliminate your problem, but it worked for me and has given me new freedom.
