Amazing product used it for the first time today. Bought everything up superclean. Just a shame my dog decided to steal the sponge adapter and eat it!! 🤣 I would definitely reccomend this product as would patsy the sponge chewing jack Russell! 😂

Very cheaply made. Used it for the first time and it broke. The spray stopped working also. In the bin.

The spray trigger doesn’t work
This would be a great product if the spray trigger actually worked… annoyingly you can’t even get it replaced with a new one as this isn’t an option which seems pretty ridiculous not to replace an item that is faulty. I could have gotten something similar without the big chunky spray part that doesn’t even work.

Not good quality
Broken after first use :/ not very long lasting. Put the sponge on and after a few hours wanted to change to the window cleaner pad and the sponge just ripped apart and had to be thrown away. Very dissapointed in this product.

Refund or replacement needed please.
The item I received is faulty, the spray button has lost its strength on the second go. None of the products seems to be coming out. I would like a refund please? Or be sent another replacement?
